Four Point Play is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization founded in 2013 that focuses on fortifying the individual’s mind, body, spirit through sports. Our founder armed with an idea, experience and passion to build an organization, decided to take action and created a resource for youth and adults to access affordable and quality services geared towards living healthy, positive and productive lifestyles. Since inception, Four Point Play has utilized a wealth of knowledge and experiences to bring change and positive extracurricular activities to the community. Our presence has been met with a delightful and remarkable reception, which in turn, motivates our continuous commitment to our community and its well-being.

Coach Lodree was born & raised in Chicago, Illinois & its surrounding suburbs. Growing up his home life was centered on faith in God & the unity & trust of their family of ten. Early on, it was evident that he had two loves – basketball & education. He focused on his academic studies while practicing & trying out for multiple semi-professional teams. In 2003, he was invited and attended USBL Dodge City Legends training camp. In 2004, he pursued his college education & play basketball for Triton College in River Grove, IL. In 2006, he was a vital part of Triton College finishing 8th in nation among junior colleges. After leaving Triton with an Associate of Arts in Education, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Dominican University. In 2010, he received another opportunity to play basketball in the semi-pro league with the Chicago Steam. In 2019, he became the Junior Varsity Coach for Walther Lutheran Christian Academy. Within the same year, he had the pleasure to join the Chicago Bulls staff as a Youth Coach and Brand Ambassador.
After an extensive basketball career, Coach Lodree desired to give back to a sport that had given him so much over the years & co-founded Four Point Play, Inc. His goal is to instill in each athlete a professional attitude, spiritual fortitude and work ethic that will not only impact the athletes’ basketball endeavors, but life goals & aspirations, as well. His basketball skills, knowledge & passion are advanced, and can be utilized and implemented in any capacity. He is married with four children and believes that leading by example is the key to success at home, on the basketball court, and in life.
CANDICE LODREE, M.S.
Programs and Operations Director
Candice Lodree was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and currently married with four amazing children. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at University of Illinois at Chicago, Masters of Science in Multidisciplinary Human Services at Capella University and Professional Life Coaching Certificate at Transformation Academy. While pursuing her education, she rededicated herself to Christ, which has led her on a journey to do God's purpose. This purpose has allowed her to assume a variety of positions in the Social Service field and eventually create her own life coaching business The C. L. Brand.
At the beginning of 2019, she decided to partner with Four Point Play, Inc. and become the Programs & Operations Director. She assist with setting and executing goals that promote organizational growth and life coaching services for participating families within the organization. Her roles as a Family Life Coach, Author, Blogger, co-founder of her family’s clothing line Be Divine Threads and a women’s empowerment campaign #ASM, she believes she will be an asset to Four Point Play, Inc. and continue to be the change she wants to see in the world.
Youth Sports Facilitator
Jeffrey Harris is a Youth Advisor, Tutor, Sports Facilitator, Counselor and Coach. He has spent his time with after-school development programs, mentally and physically challenged populations and coaching opportunities focused on grade levels 1st through 12th. He has served as the Head Coach for AAU Basketball teams for grade levels 2nd through 12th, performed as the Lead Facilitator for the Kaleidoserve Leadership Development program and is currently the Assistant Basketball Coach for the Varsity and Junior Varsity basketball team at Walther Christian Academy High School. Jeffrey has built great relationships and an admirable reputation with other stakeholders with similar interests in supporting the lives of youth. He has partnered with government officials, school districts, social service agencies, youth programs, corporate personnel and local churches to develop alliances to support youth initiatives.
Jeffrey is a committed person with an unselfish spirit that makes him a great asset at Four Point Play. His work ethic and passion for the youth is commendable and consistent. We are excited to have Jeffrey join our team and continue our mission to improve the lives of our athletes by providing them with elite training as well as guiding them to a healthy and positive lifestyle outside of sports.
