ABOUT US

OUR HISTORY

Four Point Play is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization founded in 2013 that focuses on fortifying the individual’s mind, body, and spirit through sports. Our founder armed with an idea, experience and passion to build an organization, decided to take action and created a resource for families within the community. He believed families should have the opportunity to access affordable and quality services geared towards living healthy, positive, and productive lifestyles.  Since its inception, Four Point Play has utilized a wealth of knowledge and experiences to bring change and positive extracurricular activities to the community. Our motivation and continuous commitment to our community and its well-being will remain the driving force to provide the necessary resources our community needs.

To improve the lives of athletes by providing them with elite training and guidance to live a healthy and positive lifestyle in and outside of sports.

ANDRE LODREE

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Andre Lodree Jr. was born & raised in Chicago, Illinois & its surrounding suburbs. Growing up his home life was centered on faith in God and family.  Early on, it was evident he developed two interests – basketball & education. He focused on his academic studies while learning & perfecting the sport of basketball. He excelled in his education by attending and graduating from North Shore Country Day School, Triton College with an Associate of Arts in Education, and Dominican University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. His basketball playing career includes high school varsity at North Shore, college basketball at Triton College that finished 8th nationally among junior colleges, and semi-professional with the Chicago Steam.

​After an extensive basketball career, he desired to give back to his community and the sport and transitioned his gifts & talents to nonprofit work and coaching. In 2013, he co-founded a nonprofit organization Four Point Play, Inc., that focuses on fortifying the individual’s mind, body and spirit through sports.

Currently, he is the Head Men's Basketball Coach for Moody Bible Institute. From 2018 - 2021, he became the Junior Varsity Boys’ Head Coach for Walther Christian Academy and transitioned to Head Varsity Basketball Coach. In 2019, he joined the Chicago Bulls staff as a Youth Hoops Coach and Brand Ambassador. He is married with four children and believes that leading by example is the key to success at home, on the basketball court, and in life.

CANDICE LODREE, M.S.

PROGRAMS & OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

YOUTH SPORTS LIFE COACH

Candice Lodree was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and currently married with four amazing children. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at University of Illinois at Chicago, Masters of Science in Multidisciplinary Human Services at Capella University and Professional Life Coaching Certificate at Transformation Academy.  While pursuing her education, she rededicated herself to Christ, which has led her on a journey to do God's purpose.  This purpose has allowed her to assume a variety of positions in the Social Service field and eventually create her own life coaching business The C. L. Brand.
 
​At the beginning of 2019, she decided to partner with Four Point Play, Inc. and become the Programs & Operations Director. She assist with setting and executing  goals that promote organizational growth and life coaching services for participating families within the organization.
